A. Once your order is placed you will receive a USPS tracking number within 24 hours. Your order will arrive via USPS ground advantage 3-4 business days.
Q. How are these caps different from regular beanies and snapbacks I can buy anywhere?
A. Regular hats usually have wool or cotton inside which can dry out your locs. Spandex loc caps are not breathable and can cause sweat + mildew smell.
Q. What if my loc cap doesn’t fit right or I’m not satisfied?
A. If your not satisfied contact support @ aphoenixrisingcaps@gmail.com within 30 days for a full refund.
Q. What will these loc caps do for my locs and natural hair?
A. The satin lining will reduce friction, frizz, and breakage compared to other fabrics. The extra depth and shape means your locs are not smashed or pulled tight.
